Daily Dev Log for July 19th, 2017
Hey everyone! Here’s what everyone on the team has been working on over the course of today, July 19th, 2017.
@Zak fixed a long standing and critical issue with the bank with @Foohy, and talked with @Foohy and @Caboose700 about the central chat server.
@macdguy tested the latest build and fixed many issues related to it. He fixed the item award UI not fading out properly, reviewed the new locomotion animations that @Wergulz created, and updated the weapon animation base to allow for better control over animations for @Krionikal. He also fixed a bug with Laser Tag and Ragdolling, and handled internal company matters.
@Foohy recoded the client-treasury interaction to be more efficient and to prevent stuttering. He also helped @Zak fix the bank, fixed an issue where the catsacks and redeemables wouldn’t trigger and condo save when used, and helped test the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update with the rest of the team.
@Lifeless continued blocking out the Zombie Massacre map, Gasoline and made some small adjustments to the Ball Race map, Khromidro.
@Matt worked on more fishing items.
@MrSunabouzu took the day off due to feeling sick.
@Madmijk continued creating models for his SDNL map.
@Johanna continued her work on the art for the Virus map, Solar.
@Caboose700 built production lighting for the Ball Race map, Khromidro, and tested the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update. He also helped @Zak and @Foohy fix the long standing issue in the bank server. Lastly, he approved / rejected trivia questions.
@Wergulz continued working on the swimming animation cycles. He also reviewed the existing locomotion animation cycles with the team.
@donglekumquat tested builds, and worked on new Virus music.
@Krionikal experimented with animation blueprints and their systems. He finished the animations and new particles for the Confetti gun, and by proxy the Potato gun.
