Daily Dev Log for July 13th, 2017
Hey everyone! Here’s what everyone on the team has been working on over the course of today, July 13th, 2017.
@Zak fixed some long standing issues with the Tower Bank system, while also implementing new features into it.
@macdguy spent the majority of the day completely re-coding the logic for opening and closing the inventory widget. He also fixed the inventory filters, and fixed an issue where the Ball Race camera would clip with other places. He created a base item for items that are redeemed for units (such as the Bag of Units), created the Gold Jetpack item (as a test for the fuser), and cleaned up the Catsack item assets.
@Foohy fixed issues with the pause menu’s inventory button, which would make it take way longer to open then was needed. He also started working on a functional keypad item, and worked with @macdguy on some Inventory UI issues.
@Lifeless continued working on the visual upgrades for the Minigolf map, Waterhole. He also fixed some issues with the Ball Race map, Khromidro to further prepare it for release.
@Matt re-created the fishing pole for @Krionikal, and made a keypad model for @Foohy.
@MrSunabouzu continued working on items for Fishing.
@Madmijk continued working on some models for his SDNL map.
@Johanna continued her work on the art for the Virus map, Solar.
@Caboose700 built production lighting on the Ball Race map, Khromidro, monitored Lobby servers, and approved / rejected trivia questions.
@Wergulz finished the “Left Crouch” animations, and started / finished the “Right Crouch” animations.
@donglekumquat continued working on music for the Ball Race map, Khromidro. He’s currently working on the long section of the song.
@Krionikal continued working on animations for the Fishing Rod item, in preparation for Fishing. He also created icons for the Cat Sack, and started work on the Bag of Units item, creating the particles and creating a single unit model.
