I just saw this on the discord development thread and thought that this was a cool idea, so I reposted this here.

Also, adding onto this:
Midas: Blood is Golden and Shiny
The Machines: Blood is black, and wounds look like metal dents.
Party Mode: Blood is a random colour every time.
Plus, maybe make it so for SDNL, Players can choose what type they want to have for themselves, but also let people have clientsided global modifiers
