We should be able to customize the skybox and the surrounding of the condos and choose (for example) from different presets (desert, space, tropical, city, etc.) or even be able to make our own. I don’t know if it’s possible, but it would be a pretty cool feature…
That might be possible with the workshop once that is added to the game.
All someone would need to do would be to make a giant cylinder canvas object and place it in their map and then set canvas picture to whatever.
Although the ability to change the skybox with say a small menu like the one you use to change weather and time could work.
