Urmm… the whole condo I may have spent is around 150+ hours working on it but not too sure with the actual number haha. The reason it took me that long making everything is because I won a few jackpots last year so I could go all out building crazy things 
Everything in total is about 6 Million units i think and over 6 thousand items in my condo too. Your nightclub is great too! I am liking how you have made everything black and the glowing carpet you got going around your condo is a awesome thing you have made too! 
All the best in the casino and I recommend to not spend over 2 each time you play. The reason I say that is I got my jackpots between 1-2 hours of playing however that might just because i was really lucky back then haha. Good luck!

My own personal private movie theater in Tower Unite’s original vanilla condo! This condo was based off the revamped condo in GMod Tower Lobby 2! This theater is located in the basement and has all the usual movie theater amenities! From popcorn and soda to comfortable seats and a full projector system for playing all sorts of movies and videos!
