I changed the display setting from fullscreen borderless to just fullscreen. Now i can only see the top left quarter of the game and due to this the settings tab is not visible, so i cannot even change it back. I dont know what to do and tower unite has become unplayable for me.

Here is a fix from an older thread:
That should force it back to default settings if such even exist, if that doesn’t work you could try manually changing the settings in said file when the game has made a new game settings file.
There is no file named “Saved” inside the “Tower” file.
