Can't transfer GMT Profile to TU

Yo,
I’m trying to transfer my GMT account to Tower Unite, but everytime I try to click the transfer button, I get a message saying “Transfer was unsuccessful”

I tried closing the game and doing the transfer again but still no luck, it doesn’t seem to work for me.

Might be something to do with Steam, when was the first and last time you tried?

And you do own TU on the same account you played Gmod Tower on?

Why wouldn’t I? I tried it in Steam overlay as well and same thing.
