Tower Unite is only available on Windows. Mac OS or Linux will not launch and display that error. We plan to support Mac OS and Linux after Early Access.

And he can’t reinstall the game

He even checked his common folder but isnt find Tower unite.
Well, he needs to install the full game. We don’t manage the download, Steam does.

Do you mean it’s in the middle of a system update? If that’s the case, I hope you tried to first finish the update and then try to use the system productively, like installing and playing TU.
It might also still be in the Downloading folder, try this: Steam Support :: Clear download cache
