To be fair, I’d assume that these models are all currently for internal testing only; I doubt the devs will release them onto the Workshop themselves simply to prevent any possible legal problems. Of course, that’s not to say that no one else will; I certainly believe that it won’t take long for the majority of GMT’s classic playermodel collection to be uploaded.
