Question: is the local chat in the new chat system going to be everyone in the server (whether it be lobby or condo or gamemode), or just in that specific area in the server (as in, the boardwalk only)?

Local chat is for the entire server (lobby. condo, or gamemode). We may make location based chat. If we do it’ll probably be called Location Chat.

Balloon shoot is a plaza event.

It’s a quick-fire minigame that will be in the plaza. Not sure if it will be in multiple locations, but in the latest stream they showed it off in the central gathering place with the TU statue.
