[0.4.0.4] Changing "Thunder" weather setting has strange interactions with the skybox

It causes the moon to go black-and-white, and the whole sky gets way darker.

This has always been the case. It’s mostly intended to desaturate the colour of the sky into a grey tone to simulate dark clouds, though the contrast may be getting a little overboard. I can look into it when I find the time.
