However it seems to happen only for textures that were not specifically designed to be used on interior walls for Highrise:

Same as floors.
Some of the Textures are way to big. A scale option would be nice.
But, to fix this, just find an image on google and paste the image url.
Search for “seamless or tileable texture” and you should be able to find something that is smaller that works.
