I do have all of the condos but in this picture it says that i don’t have them. With a few restarts I’m able to access them again but sometimes it will do it again.
Steam inventories are getting rate-limited sometimes, and it temporarily thinks your inventory is empty. I’m working on a fix now, but yeah restarting the game/loading a condo will usually fix it.

I think that something related to that happens with the characters, you can lose ALL YOUR ITEMS (Hats, Guns) and you have to enter CUSTOMIZATION and wear it againg or with Q menu put your items in the toolbar
